Refund Policy
GTA operate a no-quible refund policy, if the cards do not meet expectations or are faulty. However we have no control over Freeview / DVB-T reception in your area. If there is no fault with the card and you are unable to receive Freeview in your area, provided the cards are complete and undamaged, we are still happy to refund, but must charge a small handling fee to cover our costs in these circumstances. Please therefore check you can get Freeview 1st! If you are in doubt then please contact support@gta-ltd.co.uk and we will advise.

The offer is limited to problems reprted within two months of purchase, when our normal return conditions will apply. The offer does not affect your statutory rights.
